Thoughts on Wikis:
We can all become authors but is that a good thing? Are we worthy?
They allow for collaboration and sharing of knowledge but much of it is influenced by opinion.
They are subject to vandalism and spam.
New information can be added easily with out knowledge of HTML (but who/what are the
sources?)
So... I have mixed feelings on Wikis.

I agree that we don't all necessarily have to be authors. Yes, you can edit the wiki but what if you are an idiot and everything you say is wrong? Further, what if you erase someone else's work and their work was right? Did I tell you that I had added a book under Favorite Books on the iHCPL wiki and when I went back to look at it my book was gone? -- Margaret
